A mágica da memória
É fácil e conveniente dizer que o passado é duro e não se muda.
Mas eu vou contra o bom-senso e digo que o passado é tão acessível e mutável quanto o presente ou o futuro.
O que nossa mente reconhece são informações que sentimos, e o passado é o que está em nossa memória. Os fatos não importam na construção do presente. Os fatos são matéria morta que damos vida em histórias dentro de nossas vidas, e o que sabemos do passado são histórias contadas, são floreamentos de fatos.
Vejam como funciona a História, é uma ciência linda, procurando reconstruir a história do passado, usando Arqueologia, Historiografia, Antropologia e outras ciências… buscando resquícios factuais do passado no presente, e encaixando tudo numa História. Mas Histórias são feitas pra comunicar com a alma, com o coração, com o intelecto ou qualquer outra parte INTERIOR.
Passado são histórias, não fatos.
E histórias são construídas em cima fatos, enxertadas com fantasia. Atitudes são tomadas por causa de nossos valores. E valores são construídos em cima da sensação dos fatos.
O presente é construído da mesma forma, temos novas situações, novos fatos, e a sensação, que é completamente influenciada pelo Passado, através dos valores.
O Passado é um conceito. Conceitos podem mudar.
Podemos usar a Mágica da Memória, voltar a memória no tempo, reviver toda aquela situação, chorar as mágoas de novo, rir de novo, sentir os cheiros, luzes, calor ou frio, tudo dentro da mente. E então refazer os valores, reconstruir, primeiro desconstruindo a sensação da situação, analisando, tentando e enxergando, “sentindo”, de outros lados, entendendo que a situação é só uma situação, que o valores são reações. Assim grandes traumas se tornam grandes lições. E quando voltamos pro presente temos um “efeito borboleta” dentro da mente. Tudo é diferente. A vida passa a ser mais “fresca”.
Então o Passado, como a influência manipuladora do Presente, muda.
Isso é um pouco de Reprogramação Neuro-lingüística, um pouco de Magia…
