Resolvi dar o braço a torcer.
Eu uso Outlook 2007 no trabalho, os jobs são separados pela conta de email que o cliente manda, mas era comum mandarem pro email errado, atrasar o trabalho, dar confusão, deixar passar alguma coisa, esquecer o prazo… Como a gente separa os emails? Por regra e cada conta pra uma pasta.
Eu resolvi mudar. Comecei a marcar Para Acompanhamento o que estava pendente e personalizar a data para o dia da entrega. Mudei a regra pra que em vez de atirar numa pasta atribuir uma categoria (a idéia era fazer algo com cara de tag, posso atribuir mais de uma categoria, posso fazer pesquisa por categorias e são mais fáceis de trabalhar que as pastas). Aconteceu que agora não importa pra qual email foi enviado eu recebo tudo na caixa de entrada. E aqueles emails que antes ficavam em três pastas, agora têm três categorias.
Eu posso criar Pastas de Pesquisa personalisadas e organizar do meu jeito. Acabei deixando meu outlook mais organizado que meu gmail. Até organizei a pasta de acompanhamento pra separar os jobs por prazo e tipo de serviço.
Pelo menos o meu tempo pra ler os emails e saber o que foi feito e não foi feito diminui muito, e menos coisa passa desapercebida.
Gostei tanto que comecei a usar o Outlook em casa. Recebo minhas três contas de email numa mesma caixa, as regras categorizam tudo direitinho, quando alguma coisa ‘se categoriza’ errado eu só troco.
E deixo a Caixa de Entrada vazia (dica que o Giu compartilhou pelo Google Reader).
Separando os emails antigos por mês.
